Q. What does his criminal record have ot do with him catching a football? I am sick of hearing people bash this guy, a dog is a dog and it's lesser than a human. He paid for his crimes and all is said and done. What does a dog have to do with his performance on the field?

What to do with my dog slipping on the ice?
Q. We've got ice on our sidewalk, driveway and in a pavement area where I let my dog go outside to do its business. I don't want to put sand or salt down because I know my dog will start licking the ground and that would lead to my dog getting sick.
Are there any products out there to treat the ground with ice that's safe for dogs?

A. There are many ice-melters at petco/petsmart that are COMPLETELY safe for your dog, but you may have to end up buying more each time it gets icy so you could also get dog boots. Mutt luks are the only ones that actually stay on my dog's feet. There are a bit expensive($40) but are totally worth it because you don't have to buy it over and over again.
It takes a while to get dogs used to them though

what to do with a sick dog that needs to be babysat almost 24/7?
Q. we've been planning our MONTH trip to europe for a year now. 4 DAYS AGO we found out our dog has terminal cancer and can go within A FEW WEEKS to MONTHS What can we do with him in the Bay area for a month at a place that can watch him 24/7 or at least watch out for the signs that he's getting worse?
A. you should try to hire a dog sitter to stay in your home with the dog and can keep you posted on his condition ... sometimes vets have referrals for pet sitters or maybe if you know friends or family that could stay with him ... and you know what, they told me my dog had cancer with three months to live and (touch wood) she is still going a year later and not in any obvious pain or distress ... i hope the same can happen for your dog ...
