How much on average are shots for puppys?

Q. If i get a puppy without shots how much is an average price on them? Also how much is it to spay a puppy?

A. The S.P.C.A. has lower prices.

Our small female was $60 to spay and all the shots were around $25

Call around and get prices...

If you spay a pregnant girl dog is it like a multiple abortion?
Q. I don't think I could do that, have the blood of ten puppies on my hands. I'd find a way to keep them safe and get them spayed BEFORE puppies had to be killed.

A. I agree If you screw up and end up letting your dog get pregnant the puppies shouldn't be punished without even given a chance.

Why is it necessary to spay the puppy ?
Q. I read here that his health will also improve if he is spayed. Will spaying the male dane puppy, improve his growth too. Or how will it affect him?
But i wanted to get his litters later when he is completely matured, so i dont want him to be spayed. So, whats the solution for his weird behaviour with the other male dog who is also just 10 months?

A. yeah, its better for both the male and female to be spayed or neutered. the females don't have to be locked up or made to wear pants during their season. males are less likely to roam and much less likely to hump things or mark everything in sight.

besides--unless your dog is a show dog, there's not really much reason to want to breed him or her. there's too many pups and kittens put to sleep each year for want of a home.

spay or neuter your dog. it will be the best investment you've ever made.

Can you show a dog in Conformation that's been spayed?
Q. I think I want to show my puppy when she grows up. I also want to avoid the problems with an intact female. If I spay the puppy, will she be able to participate in shows?
I don't plan to breed her.

A. there's lots of events you can display your puppy in besides akc dog shows.

mammary tumor is the #1 tumor in dogs not spayed, if you spay her at or before 6 months, she'll have 100% chance of not getting mammary cancer.
