Q. I have a family of 6 living with my parents and I and they feed my family dog but she gets sick and throws up when they do.

A. Well, i suppose these kids wanna have some fun and it'll probably not work if u tell them not to feed the dog, moreover, human food.
Wad i suggest is that u tell the kids in a really serious tone that the dog has contracted a really serious disease from the human food these kids have been feeding it, and if the dog continues consuming such food, then e dog will die and the kid from the family found to have fed him the food tt caused its death will be wanted by the police and SPCA.

A. well dogs can feel their owners emotions and they have a bond from when their pups and as they grow to a new family the puppy starts to bond with their owner.
for a example, my dog roxy knows when i'm sick, my dog can feel my emotions and when im sad or feeling depressed she wants to stay with me, like glue until you feel better or your happy again,or if im playing around with my brother and he hits me she'll go after him and that's the same if i hit him she beats me up it's like a protection or playing to but if your in trouble their gonna fight whoever is hurting u bc ur hurt . you know. But special bonding with a pet is better than having to go see a friend, its like a best friend and a family member combined.

When is a dog just sick or needs serious medical attention?
Q. My dog ate her dinner at about 7pm. Around midnight she vomited all her food, and then started heaving up thick foam which is tinged with blood, and it has been going on for over 30 min now
A. I can't say for sure about ur dog, but i had the same problem with a dog of mine, her name was Ariel. I called my vet, he said to feed her yogurt, which i did. This happened on a Friday night, so the vet was closed. And no other vet was open. By Sunday she was gone, we had him do an autopsy to see what had happened and she had been poisoned. I would get ur dog into the vet as soon as you can. You can never be to careful.
How do I convince my parents to let my dog upstairs?
Q. I have a golden retriever and she is not sick or anything. My parents wont let her upstairs or on any furniture. My dog is not a puppy so she doesn't dig and tear stuff up. My parents don't even give me reasons. They just say no! How do i convince them to let my dog upstairs or on the furniture?

A. hey - i was in the same position not log ago with my dog bella.
My mum insisted she was not allowed to sleep on my bed with me but all i had to do - was ask her for just one chance to see how she goes. if that dosent work just promise to them that you will definitly clean up any mess she makes and hair etc and tell her that if you blow the one chance she gives you, you promise to stop naging about it.
i hope that helps.. i know it may be annoying having 2 bug ur parents so much but now my dog sleeps next to me and it was worth all the trouble =]
