Can I piece together a Japanese surname to mean something specific?

Q. I have a character of Japanese decent. I already have the first name picked out but I'm having issues with a surname. The way I have the story written she picked her own surname to show her independence. I want it to literally mean "White Wind Dog," or something similar. (It makes sense in the story.)

Can I just take those words and have that be her surname or are there rules that I have to follow?

A. There may not be the rules of the number of characters for surname in Japan.
The surnames in two Kanji are most popular. The next popular may be the surnames in One Kanji. Maybe some of them are from China or Korea, and some of them changed their surname by adding one more Kanji like Kim or Kin to Kaneda. Five kanji surname is the longest. The two surnames in five Kanji have been registered.

What other cards do I need to complete the deck, & how many? Please include the names of the packs.

A. The Wind-Up cards will appear or already appear in the packs Generation Force, Photon Shockwave, and Order of Chaos. As for the deck this is what I plan to use in my own Wind-Up deck so maybe it will give you some ideas.

How to get dog in car without hurting her?

Q. I just found a wound under my dogs arm (armpit). It's kind of two cuts, There's one on the back of her arm, and the other is on the side of the chest. They are right next to each other so that they are sticking to other. I don't know how to get her into the car without re-opening the wound. Because jumping would separate the two wounds and I only want the vet to separate them. The wound looks like a layer of skin is missing and I think she got it from trying to hop over a temporary fence in the backyard.

A. I recently had a dog that had similar wounds - cuts under her arms and a gash on her stomach from a dog attack. How I picked her up was like a scooping motion, I cupped underneath her backside and behind her back legs, then kind of lifted one front paw at a time and put them in my hands so that I could pick up her front side evenly and her bum would fall under my arms, then as the weight was there I would lightly press her against me so that she stayed in place while I walked to the car

Q. How do you care for a nasty bite wound?
A neighbors dog got on me about 10 days ago. I'm missing 3 chunks out my arm. I've gotten alot of puss out of the little one and some puss out of the larger ones. Nothing green though. They are all really swollen and I drain them about twice a day. Please help, no money to go to the doctor.

A. first off, stop picking at them. you're just opening them up to bacteria to get in or spread. second, get some triple antibiotic ointment and peroxide. soak the bites in really warm water or under a really warm wash cloth for 20 to 30 mins. use the peroxide to kill the infected tissues and apply the oinment. cover it with a non stick bandage cuz you don't want it pulling the scab off every time you change it. take 1000 mgs of vit c for 3 days in a row to jump start your immune system and then 500 mgs a day for a week. don't worry... your body will rid itself of excess vit c in your pee. soak it and redress it 3 times a day. then pray and hope that nothing is buried in the wound and that the dog doesn't have rabies. if you don't see a noticeable change in 3 days, suck it up and go see a doc. i've had patients tell me soaking it in epson salts helps draw out the infection so you could try that too. the dog's owner should be paying for your treatment if you know who it is. they can be charged criminally for allowing their dog out. believe it or not, a dog's motuh is not the dirtiest thing in the world. there are more bacteria under your own finger nails then in a dog's mouth. be glad it wasn't a cat or aligator or iguanna because they have more bacteria than any other animal on earth.
