A. Small dogs are the hardest to train. Might I suggest that you find a medium sized dog that is already house broken (go to your local shelter).

Pros: loving, loyal, stress-reliever, obedient, get their owners out and about, are always there to listen and never talk back, love to please, happy to sit with you when you want to relax or cuddle, fun to play with and train, great memories
Cons: cost (vet, food, training), time (which isn't a bad thing, it just takes time to train your dog to be the dog you want it to be), energy (you may be up early to let it out and up through the night, you also need to commit to walking itand playing with it), they live shorter lives than us (sad when they die and we have to live without them, although then you can get another dog to make new memories with)

- can tell you if you have supernatural forces in your home
